Gabriel has worked for almost 30 years in global top-tier consultancies and blue-chip companies like PWC (Uruguay), ZS Associates (UK), IQVIA (Spain) and Sandoz (Germany) on Senior Executive roles (President, VP, General Manager, and Principal Consultant) reporting into the CEOs.

This has allowed him to be in the inner circle of global organizations for a long time and achieve a thorough understanding of corporate work environment dynamics and what it takes to get traction on your professional career and your personal life. Having walked the talk makes the whole difference in the customer’s experience.

He is a Doctor on Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management (UK), where he researched on goal setting and incentives. He has published several articles in business magazines and newspapers as well as academic journals like the International Journal of Human Resource Management (2012) or the American Academy of Management Philadelphia (2007).

Gabriel is also an Expert on International Coaching from the “Instituto Europeo de Coaching (IEC)” in Madrid, Spain. He has been also certified by ASESCO (Spanish Coaching Association) with certification number CAC 11178.
